I just realized that I never posted about my 3rd half marathon in a year. Cat and I went down to Richmond and checked into the hotel on Friday evening and then headed over to the Arthur Ashe center to get our runners packs. We shopped at the expo and then went over to a cute little diner for first dinner before we enjoyed the pasta dinner with my two sister in laws and my brother in law. We ended up having a great time and a great run. I improved my time by 2 minutes. Pretty good since I really didn't train much after ragnar.
